After completing his post-graduation at the Indian Institute of Management, Kolkata, in 1971, he handled various assignments in corporate environment & Paper industry in Senior Management position. Having pioneered the concept of pan-India distribution of Kraft Paper in 1979, he ventured into Packaging industry as a measure of forward integration in 1991. Establishing corrugated box units almost ONE every year, thereafter he has created an all-India presence in this industry. He currently oversees the management of the group.

Kirit Modi has over 32 years of experience in the fields of Kraft paper & Corrugated box packaging. Not only with the clients but also with paper mills/suppliers, he has built-up very strong ties. He is well-experienced in dealing with all players in the whole value chain – right from imported waste paper indentors to end-users of Corrugated boxes. This gives him the unique overview of the market trends which is leveraged to maintain strong growth momentum.

Kirit Modi holds an influential position in shaping industry norms and is:

• President of ICCMA-Indian Corrugated Case Mfrs. Association (body of box makers having Automatic corrugators in India)
• Ex-Chairman, Paper Mills Coordination Committee of FCBMA-Federation of Corrugated Box Mfg Association (apex body of corrugated box manufacturers of India)
• Ex-Member of Managing Committee of ACCA (Asian Case Makers Association)

Sachin has to his credit an MBA specialized in Marketing and General Management from the University of Queensland, Australia. He underwent extensive training in a paper mill before joining the packaging business. During his training he handled the procurement of various grades of waste paper - the key raw material for Kraft Paper.

His core areas are:

• Handling the marketing portfolio of existing and new customer accounts for the business
• Other responsibilities include co-ordination of daily operations at factory level, execution of optimum pricing for key consumables and raw materials, sourcing of machinery and critical spare parts for new projects

Swapnil is a Bachelor of Science (BS) graduate from the Rochester Institute of Technology, New York, USA and has also completed Family Business Management from Mumbai.

His responsibilities include:

• Handling commercial aspect of the company's Business transactions with their Key clients and managing Transportation & Logistics, MIS and IT Portfolio
